Sara Khabazan Architecture is a creative studio based in Tunbridge Wells. We have over 15 years of experience in a variety of architectural projects in residential, educational and the arts sectors.

We have a keen interest in modernism, focused on local materials and functionality, but above all we like to work closely with our clients to create spaces that serve their needs and wants.

We provide a range of design services; from feasibility studies to complete design that will include concept design, planning application, detail tender and construction packages, interior finishes and fit-outs and Project Management. For appropriate projects we provide a free initial visit, accompanied by follow up notes and a fee proposal. Please get in touch if you wish to discuss your project.

Sara Khabazan graduated from the Bartlett School of architecture in 2008 and has worked at a number of award winning London practices. Prior to setting up Sara Khabazan Architecture, Sara was an Associate at Turner.Works. and the project architect on the RIBA award winning Mountview Academy of Theatre and Arts.
